01. Buy
How can I place an order?
To place an order simply follow these steps:
1. Consult. Consult our product categories and view further details on the individual product page.
2. Read. Read the information you find on the product page and add it to your cart by clicking on the “Buy” button.
3. Check. Check all the products you have chosen on the “Cart” page. To delete a product from your Cart, click on the “Delete” button located next to the item.
4. Purchase. Complete your purchase by clicking on “Complete Order” and follow the instructions to provide your delivery address and payment information.
02. Shipments
When will you deliver my order?
Your order will be delivered to the Courier and then shipped as soon as the purchased Product is ready for shipping. Once delivered to the courier you will receive an email notifying you that the shipment has been sent. Generally in 2 or 3 working days the package will be delivered to the address indicated on the order.
If, however, you decide to collect the product purchased from our office, you will still receive an email informing you of the availability of the product which you can then come and collect whenever you wish, depending on the opening availability of the office.
03. Account
Do I need to create an online account to place an order?
To place an order, registration is not mandatory. However, registration offers several advantages. For this reason we recommend that you create an Account on our site, ticking the relevant item on the Checkout page or accessing the Account page to register.
You can make future purchases without having to enter your payment and address information again. You will be able to track your order directly from your Account page, check your order history and make changes to your personal details at any time.
04. Changes
Can I change my order once it has been placed?
To guarantee delivery in the shortest possible time, our orders are processed and fulfilled within a few hours. This makes it impossible for us to accept modification requests once an order has been authorized.
Furthermore, we cannot add a product to an order already created, or combine two orders in the same delivery after placing the order on our site. If you would like to add a product to your order, simply place a new order for the additional item.
